Disgrifiad Cynnyrch
Mae'r MCCB Cyfres ELM1 yn manteisio ar dechnoleg uwch ryngwladol, yn cydymffurfio'n llawn ag IEC 60947-2, ac wedi'i beiriannu ar gyfer dosbarthu pŵer diwydiannol a diogelu moduron. Gan gwmpasu ceryntau graddedig o 63A i 1250A (modelau: ELM1-160/200/400/630/800/1250) gyda ffurfweddiadau 3P/4P (mae 4P yn cynnwys mathau polyn-N A/B/C/D), mae'n sicrhau cymhwysiad amlbwrpas. Mae'r manylebau allweddol yn cynnwys foltedd inswleiddio graddedig 690V, foltedd gweithredol AC 400V (ymestynadwy i 690V), a chynhwysedd torri hyd at 100kA (e.e., ELM1-1250), gan gefnogi gridiau AC 50/60Hz ar gyfer newid cylched anaml a rheoli moduron.
Mae'n integreiddio unedau baglu thermol-magnetig ac unedau baglu deallus dewisol ar gyfer amddiffyniad gor-gerrynt manwl gywir. Mae uchafbwyntiau perfformiad dilys yn cynnwys gweithredu amser gwrthdro (e.e., baglu cyflym ar 7.2 × Modfedd o dan amodau oer), cerrynt di-faglu graddedig o 1.05 Modfedd (yn dal ≥2 awr), a throthwy baglu gorfodol ar 1.30 Modfedd. Mae capasiti torri yn graddio gyda modelau: mae amrywiadau sylfaenol (e.e., ELM1-160) yn darparu 50kA, tra bod modelau uwch (e.e., ELM1-1250) yn cyflawni 100kA@400V.
Mae'r gyfres yn cynnwys dyluniad modiwlaidd iawn, sy'n cefnogi gweithrediadau plygio i mewn, wedi'u gyrru gan fodur, a handlen gylchdroi, gyda'r gallu i ehangu trwy ryddhau shunt, rhyddhau is-foltedd, a chysylltiadau ategol. Mae ei strwythur cryno (dimensiynau fesul tablau paramedr) yn optimeiddio gofod panel, wedi'i ategu gan atebion safonol ar reilffyrdd. Wedi'i hardystio'n fyd-eang, mae'r Gyfres ELM1 wedi'i optimeiddio ar gyfer byrddau swits diwydiannol a systemau dosbarthu ynni, gan ddarparu perfformiad dibynadwy ar draws amgylcheddau heriol.
Cais
Mae torrwr cylched cas mowldio cyfres ELM1 yn un o'r cynhyrchion a ddatblygwyd a'u cynhyrchu trwy fabwysiadu technoleg uwch ryngwladol. Fe'i cyflenwir â foltedd inswleiddio graddedig o 690V a'i ddefnyddio ar gyfer cylched AC50/60Hz, foltedd gweithredu graddedig AC 400V (neu is), cerrynt gweithredu graddedig hyd at 1250A ar gyfer newid a chychwyn y moduron yn anaml. Mae'r cynhyrchion yn cydymffurfio â safon IEC60947-2.
